What is my commitment to be part of Entourage Media Network? (space, time commitment, etc.)
You can cancel at any time for any reason. You only pay for products you have purchased, and for advertising revenues you have approved and received through us. There are more details in our Sales & Marketing Agreement.
How much does it cost to be part of the Entourage Media Network?
There is cost to be part of the network, only a revenue share if advertising is place through your network.
What information do I need to provide to you to become part of the Entourage Media Network?
The more detailed information you can provide, the faster we can integrate your network into our platform. If you are not sure about certain aspects, we will help you figure it out.
How long will it take for my network to be searchable by the advertising community?
Your network will be searchable within seven business days after you have completed your basic profile information.
What does the RFP process entail?
The advertiser will give us the criteria for their campaign. We put together a comprehensive analysis with all the networks that fit the criteria and then present the whole package to the advertiser in proposal format. Once the advertiser has made a decision we will give you the specifics and you will have the opportunity to accept or reject the campaign.
What is the best way for my network to get included in advertiser proposals? (Is there a way to get "pushed" to the top of the list?)
Advertisers can search our platform based on their own search criteria. Realistic metrics and pricing will set you apart. Do not price yourself out of a buy. A $25 - 30 CPM for Digital Out Of Home is high ... especially considering that the Super Bowl CPM is $27 (for more information on CPM please see our glossary)
When will I find out if any venues in my network are included in an RFP response?
We will keep you informed on a regular basis.
Will I have the opportunity to decline an advertiser?
Of course, you will always remain in control to accept or reject any advertising campaign.
If my networks are not included in the final media buy, will you be able to provide reasoning?
We will do our best to find out why you may have been excluded, and work with you to improve your representation.
Will we have the opportunity to make adjustments to our pricing if we are not included in a final buy?
You may not have the opportunity to make adjustments. It is always advantageous to provide us with your best pricing options.
What if I don’t want to be considered for a specific RFP?
We may not always tell you about each RFP in advance, but you will have the final decision whether to approve or reject a campaign. If there are certain types of content or brands that you will not feature in your programming, or if you have exclusive agreements in place already, please do let us know.
My network(s) have non-exclusive relationships with other aggregators, can we work with you as well?
Of course. We do not require you to make an exclusive commitment to us, and we would discourage any network from signing an exclusive agreement with other aggregators.
What happens if more than one dooh aggregator that features my network is responding to an RFP?
All we ask is that you do not undercut your pricing. The decision is completely with the advertiser.
My network is growing and we are rolling out more venues/screens. How do these updates show up in the Entourage Media Network?
Ideally, you will provide us with an updated venue list on a monthly basis.
What if I don’t provide POP reports?
It is not mandatory, but most advertisers will only work with networks that provide some sort of performance reporting.
How does the money work? how do we get paid?
We will handle it for you. The advertiser pays us, and we will forward the media dollars minus the revenue share on a monthly basis.
What if there are issues with the advertising assets?
That’s why we need as much information about your screen specs and delivery preferences as possible in advance. We will work with you and the advertiser to solve any issues and provide content in a format that is compatible with your network specs.
Once the buy is made do we speak with the advertiser directly or does entourage advertising handle everything for me?
We handle all aspects for you.
In addition to the information that we give you about our network/venues/screens, what other information do you include that may inform a buy?
We will perform a detailed demographic and psychographic analysis of your clientele, based on Government Census data, American Fact Finder and other available research.
